Full payment for all group sales must be received no later than six weeks prior to the performance date or seats are subject to release. 

If paying by check, please make check out to Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts and mail payment, along with a copy of this order form, to Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, PO Box 100163, Brooklyn, NY 11210-0163, ATTN: Group Sales.  Be sure to include your $5 handling fee in your order. 

Tickets will be mailed out to the address provided no later than four weeks prior to the performance date unless they are picked up at the Brooklyn Center Box Office prior to this date.  All sales are final – no exchanges or refunds.
